- 2 tsp vanilla extract

- 24 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, melt the butter and stir in granulated sugar.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in flour, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and salt until combined.
- Pour the brownie batter into a greased springform pan.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and brown sugar until smooth.
- Add vanilla extract and sour cream, mix until fully incorporated.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the brownie layer.
- Bake for about 55-60 minutes or until the center is set.
- Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Once chilled, drizzle with caramel sauce and sprinkle with chopped pecans.
