Delicious caramel apple pie bars that are perfect for fall, combining the flavors of caramel and apple in a delightful dessert.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3/4 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 2 cups diced apples
- 1 cup caramel sauce
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking pan.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
- Add eggs to the sugar mixture and mix well.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture.
- Fold in the diced apples.
- Spread half of the batter in the prepared pan.
- Drizzle half of the caramel sauce over the batter.
- Spread remaining batter on top and finish with the rest of the caramel sauce.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
- Serve warm with ice cream for an extra treat.
- Feel free to add nuts for added crunch.
