- 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion, bell pepper, and garlic; sauté until soft.
- Add shredded chicken, white beans, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, and Cajun seasoning. Stir well to combine.
