- 4 medium potatoes

- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined

- 1 zucchini, sliced

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the salmon fillets with Cajun seasoning.
- Boil the potatoes until tender, then drain.
- Add butter and minced garlic to the potatoes, mash, and mix in milk to achieve desired consistency.
- In a pan, heat olive oil and sauté the bell pepper and zucchini until tender.
- Add the shrimp to the pan and cook until pink and opaque.
- Serve the Cajun salmon alongside the garlic mash and shrimp veggie medley.
