- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 pound turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup cooked rice

- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Prepare the cabbage by boiling it in salted water until the leaves are tender.
- In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Add onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
- In a large bowl, combine cooked turkey bacon, ground beef, cooked rice, tomato sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Take a cabbage leaf, place a spoonful of the meat mixture in the center, and roll tightly.
- Place rolled cabbage in a baking dish and cover with remaining tomato sauce.
- Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes.
Notes
- For extra flavor, you can add herbs like dill or parsley to the meat mixture.
- Make sure to remove the core of the cabbage for easier leaf separation.
