Description

  • 1 large head of cabbage
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 pound turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (14 oz) tomato sauce
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. Prepare the cabbage by boiling it in salted water until the leaves are tender.
  2. In a skillet, cook turkey bacon until crispy. Add onion and garlic, sauté until translucent.
  3. In a large bowl, combine cooked turkey bacon, ground beef, cooked rice, tomato sauce, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  4. Take a cabbage leaf, place a spoonful of the meat mixture in the center, and roll tightly.
  5. Place rolled cabbage in a baking dish and cover with remaining tomato sauce.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes.
