- 1 fresh pineapple, peeled, cored, and sliced into rings or spears
- 1/4 cup brown sugar (light or dark)
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Mix brown sugar, melted butter, cinnamon (if using), and salt in a small bowl.
- Brush glaze on both sides of pineapple slices.
- Place pineapple on grill and cook 3–4 minutes per side until grill marks appear.
- Remove from grill and serve warm, optionally with ice cream.
Notes
- Use coconut oil for a vegan version.
- Try adding lime zest or chili powder for a twist.
