- 4 cups broccoli slaw
- 6 slices turkey bacon
- 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup carrots, grated
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove from pan and crumble.
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli slaw, red onion, carrots, and crumbled turkey bacon.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the slaw mixture and toss to coat evenly.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra crunch, add sunflower seeds or slivered almonds.
- Feel free to adjust the sweetness of the dressing by adding more or less honey.
