Description

A refreshing and simple salad featuring broccoli slaw and crispy turkey bacon, perfect as a side dish for any meal.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups broccoli slaw
  • 6 slices turkey bacon
  • 1/2 cup red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/2 cup carrots, grated
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove from pan and crumble.
  2. In a large bowl, combine broccoli slaw, red onion, carrots, and crumbled turkey bacon.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the slaw mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra crunch, add sunflower seeds or slivered almonds.
  • Feel free to adjust the sweetness of the dressing by adding more or less honey.
