- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 2 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, cauliflower, cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
