Description

This Broccoli & Cauliflower Cottage Cheese Bake is a comforting yet healthy dish that’s easy to prepare. Perfect as a main or side dish!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups cauliflower florets
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli, cauliflower, cottage cheese, cheddar cheese, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle breadcrumbs over the top.
  5. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and bubbly.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
