Ingredients

- Soy sauce

- Sugar

- Oil for cooking
Instructions
- Marinate fish with soy sauce, salt, and pepper for 15–30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan and sear the fish until golden on both sides. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté garlic and ginger in the same pan until fragrant.
- Add soy sauce, sugar, and stock to create the sauce.
