Ingredients

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon water


Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine granulated sugar, heavy cream, cocoa powder, and salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
  2. Once boiling, continue to cook for 5 minutes without stirring.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and chocolate chips until melted and smooth.
  4. Pour the mixture into a parchment-lined baking dish and let it cool for about 30 minutes.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix powdered sugar, butter, and water to make the glaze.
  6. Cut the cooled fudge into bite-sized pieces and dip each piece into the glaze, allowing excess to drip off.
  7. Place the glazed bites on a wire rack to set.
