- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup sugar, divided
- 3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup whipped cream, for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter; press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Stir in vanilla.
- Pour cheesecake mixture over the crust and bake for 60 minutes.
- Once baked, let it cool, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- Prepare the chocolate cream by mixing cocoa powder and chocolate chips with heavy cream until fluffy.
- Spread the chocolate cream over the cooled cheesecake.
- Top with whipped cream before serving.
