- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- ½ cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 store-bought flatbread or naan (8–10 inches)
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves (optional)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes (adjust to taste)
- Fresh arugula or basil (optional, for garnish)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place flatbread on a baking sheet.
- Brush flatbread with olive oil. Scatter blueberries and feta evenly. Sprinkle thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until edges are crisp and cheese is lightly browned.
- Meanwhile, warm honey in a small saucepan or microwave. Stir in red pepper flakes to make hot honey.
- Drizzle hot honey over baked flatbread. Garnish with arugula or basil. Slice and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra crunch, sprinkle toasted nuts like pistachios or walnuts on top before serving.
- Substitute goat cheese for a creamier flavor.
