  • Salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place flatbread on a baking sheet.
  2. Brush flatbread with olive oil. Scatter blueberries and feta evenly. Sprinkle thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Bake for 12–15 minutes until edges are crisp and cheese is lightly browned.
