Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 4 large eggs

  • 2 cups fresh blueberries


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press the mixture into the bottom of a baking pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, beat together the sugar and cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla.
  5. Fold in the blueberries gently, then pour the mixture over the crust.
  6. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the center is set.
