- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 16 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press the mixture into the bottom of a baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, beat together the sugar and cream cheese until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in vanilla.
- Fold in the blueberries gently, then pour the mixture over the crust.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the center is set.
- Allow to cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before slicing.
