Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 23 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp lemon zest (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Cut in the cold butter until the mixture forms coarse crumbs.
  4. Gently fold in blueberries.
  5. Stir in milk and vanilla extract until just combined.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 18–20 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Whisk together powdered sugar, lemon juice, and zest to make the glaze.
  9. Drizzle glaze over warm biscuits before serving.
