Instructions
- In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
- Add sugar, salt, and eggs to the yeast mixture, then mix well.
- Gradually add flour, mixing until a dough forms.
- Knead in the softened butter until smooth and elastic.
- Fold in the blueberries carefully.
- Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Shape the dough into buns and place on a baking sheet.
- Let the buns rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
Notes
