This BLT Pasta Salad with Turkey Bacon is a delicious and simple summer side dish that combines all the classic flavors of a BLT in a pasta salad format.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces pasta (e.g., rotini or fusilli)
  • 6 strips turkey bacon
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 cup green onions, sliced


Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Let cool and crumble.
