Ingredients

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the black eyed peas, cherry tomatoes, red onion, bell pepper, and turkey bacon.
- In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro before serving.

- For a spicier kick, add jalapeños.
- Feel free to substitute the turkey bacon with regular bacon if preferred.
