For the Beef:
- 1 lb ground beef (or ground turkey for a lighter option)
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
For the Big Mac Sauce:
- ⅓ cup mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
- ½ tsp white vinegar
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
For the Wraps:
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- ½ cup diced pickles
- ½ cup diced onions
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese
Instructions
Step 1 – Cook the Beef
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the ground beef, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook until fully browned, breaking it into small crumbles. Drain excess grease.
Step 2 – Make the Big Mac Sauce
- In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle relish, vinegar, onion powder, and garlic powder.
- Adjust seasoning to taste and refrigerate until ready to use.
Step 3 – Assemble the Wraps
- Lay a tortilla flat and spread 1–2 tablespoons of Big Mac sauce in the center.
- Add a portion of cooked beef, shredded lettuce, diced pickles, onions, and cheese.
Step 4 – Fold and Toast (Optional)
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it up tightly.
- (Optional) Toast the wraps in a skillet over medium heat for 1-2 minutes per side.
Step 5 – Serve & Enjoy
- Slice the wraps in half and serve warm with extra sauce for dipping.
