Love the taste of a Big Mac but want something different? These Big Mac Wraps bring all the flavors of the iconic burger into a soft, handheld wrap! Juicy ground beef, shredded lettuce, tangy pickles, melted cheese, and the famous Big Mac sauce come together in a quick, easy meal that’s perfect for lunch or dinner.

For the Beef:

  • 1 lb ground beef (or ground turkey for a lighter option)
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Big Mac Sauce:

  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp sweet pickle relish
  • ½ tsp white vinegar
  • ¼ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder

For the Wraps:

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • ½ cup diced pickles
  • ½ cup diced onions
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese

Instructions

Step 1 – Cook the Beef

  1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the ground beef, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook until fully browned, breaking it into small crumbles. Drain excess grease.

Step 2 – Make the Big Mac Sauce

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, pickle relish, vinegar, onion powder, and garlic powder.
  2. Adjust seasoning to taste and refrigerate until ready to use.

Step 3 – Assemble the Wraps

  1. Lay a tortilla flat and spread 1–2 tablespoons of Big Mac sauce in the center.
  2. Add a portion of cooked beef, shredded lettuce, diced pickles, onions, and cheese.

Step 4 – Fold and Toast (Optional)

  1. Fold the sides of the tortilla inward, then roll it up tightly.
