Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 cup chopped jalapeños, seeds removed
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 5 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 package pectin (1.75 oz)


Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine the crushed pineapple, chopped jalapeños, and apple cider vinegar. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
  2. Add the granulated sugar and stir until completely dissolved.
  3. Stir in the pectin and return to a rolling boil for 1 minute.
  4. Remove from heat and ladle the jelly into sterilized jars.
  5. Seal jars and allow to cool completely before storing.
