- 2 cups crushed pineapple, drained
- 1 cup chopped jalapeños, seeds removed
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 5 cups granulated sugar
- 1 package pectin (1.75 oz)
Instructions
- In a large pot, combine the crushed pineapple, chopped jalapeños, and apple cider vinegar. Bring to a boil over medium heat.
- Add the granulated sugar and stir until completely dissolved.
- Stir in the pectin and return to a rolling boil for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat and ladle the jelly into sterilized jars.
- Seal jars and allow to cool completely before storing.

- Adjust the number of jalapeños based on your spice preference.
- This jelly pairs well with cream cheese on crackers.
