This delicious macaroni salad combines turkey bacon and chicken ham for a delightful twist on a classic recipe.

- 2 cups elbow macaroni
- 1 cup turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup green bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, mix the mayonnaise, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, and Dijon mustard.
- Add the cooled macaroni, turkey bacon, chicken ham, celery, bell pepper, and green onions to the bowl.
- Stir until well combined and season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add some shredded cheese to the salad.
- This salad can be made a day ahead and stored in the refrigerator.
