- 1 pound elbow macaroni
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 4 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 cup chicken ham, chopped
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the macaroni according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, whisk in the flour and cook for about 1 minute.
- Gradually add the milk, whisking constantly until the mixture thickens.
- Stir in the salt, pepper, garlic powder, cheddar, and mozzarella until the cheese is melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked macaroni, turkey bacon, and chicken ham to the cheese sauce, stirring to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and top with breadcrumbs.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and bubbling.
