This delicious breakfast pizza combines turkey bacon and chicken ham for a delightful morning treat.

- 1 premade pizza crust pizza crust
- 4 ounces turkey bacon
- 4 ounces chicken ham
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then remove and drain on paper towels.
- In the same skillet, add the chicken ham and cook for a few minutes until warmed.
- Spread the olive oil evenly on the pizza crust.
- Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the crust, then add the cooked turkey bacon and chicken ham.
- Crack the eggs on top, then sprinkle with black pepper and paprika.
- Add the green onions and cherry tomatoes on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the eggs are set.
- Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot.
Notes
- For a vegetarian option, omit the meats and add more vegetables such as bell peppers and mushrooms.
