Description

This delicious breakfast pizza combines turkey bacon and chicken ham for a delightful morning treat.


Ingredients

  • 1 premade pizza crust pizza crust
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon
  • 4 ounces chicken ham
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, halved


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cook the turkey bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy, then remove and drain on paper towels.
  3. In the same skillet, add the chicken ham and cook for a few minutes until warmed.
  4. Spread the olive oil evenly on the pizza crust.
  5. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese over the crust, then add the cooked turkey bacon and chicken ham.
  6. Crack the eggs on top, then sprinkle with black pepper and paprika.
  7. Add the green onions and cherry tomatoes on top.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the eggs are set.
  9. Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot.

Notes

  • For a vegetarian option, omit the meats and add more vegetables such as bell peppers and mushrooms.
