- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 strips turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup flour
- 1/2 cup corn starch
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons Sriracha
- 3 green onions, chopped for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix flour, corn starch, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper.
- Dredge the shrimp in the flour mixture until well coated.
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- In the same skillet, fry the coated shrimp until golden brown and crispy.
- In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and Sriracha.
- Toss the crispy shrimp in the sauce and mix until well coated.
- Serve topped with crispy bacon and garnished with green onions.
Notes
- For extra crunch, you can double fry the shrimp.
- Adjust the level of Sriracha according to your heat preference.
