- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 large ripe bananas, mashed
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup caramel sauce
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased springform pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and peanut butter together until smooth.
- Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and mashed bananas; mix until well combined.
- In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture.
- Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over the top before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use natural peanut butter.
