Description

This Banana Caramel Peanut Butter Cheesecake is the ultimate indulgent dessert that combines the rich flavors of bananas, caramel, and peanut butter in a creamy cheesecake.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 3/4 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a greased springform pan.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and peanut butter together until smooth.
  4. Add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and mashed bananas; mix until well combined.
  5. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture.
  6. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust and smooth the top. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until set.
  7. Drizzle caramel sauce over the top before serving.

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, use natural peanut butter.
  • Add chopped peanuts on top for extra crunch.
