- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed

- 1/2 cup whipped cream for topping
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine crushed graham crackers and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
- In another bowl, mix peanut butter and sugar until creamy, then add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
- Stir in sour cream and mashed bananas until fully combined.
- Pour the peanut butter mixture over the crust in the springform pan.
- Bake for 50-60 minutes or until the center is set. Remove from the oven and let cool.
- Once cooled, drizzle caramel sauce over the top and add whipped cream.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
