A flavorful and unique twist on a classic dish, Baked Stuffed Shrimp Casserole combines succulent shrimp with turkey bacon for a delicious meal.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound large shrimp, deveined
  • 4 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup cream


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Set aside to cool.
  3. In a bowl, combine shrimp, breadcrumbs, cooled turkey bacon, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Stuff the shrimp mixture into each shrimp and place them in a greased casserole dish.
  5. Pour cream evenly over the stuffed shrimp.
  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until shrimp are cooked through and the top is golden.

Notes

  • For a spicy kick, add chopped jalapeños to the stuffing.
