- 1 pound large shrimp, deveined
- 4 ounces turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup cream
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy. Set aside to cool.
- In a bowl, combine shrimp, breadcrumbs, cooled turkey bacon, Parmesan cheese, parsley, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff the shrimp mixture into each shrimp and place them in a greased casserole dish.
- Pour cream evenly over the stuffed shrimp.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until shrimp are cooked through and the top is golden.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add chopped jalapeños to the stuffing.
