- 4 chicken legs
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, olive oil, honey, garlic, paprika, black pepper, and salt to create the marinade.
- Place chicken legs in a large zip-top bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
- Take the chicken out of the marinade and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
