Description

This baked chicken legs recipe features juicy chicken marinated in a delicious blend of spices.


Ingredients

  • 4 chicken legs
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, olive oil, honey, garlic, paprika, black pepper, and salt to create the marinade.
  3. Place chicken legs in a large zip-top bag and pour the marinade over them. Seal the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  4. Take the chicken out of the marinade and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and juices run clear.
  6. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
