- 4 large potatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup turkey bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup chicken ham, diced
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and pierce the potatoes with a fork.
- Bake the potatoes in the oven for 45-60 minutes or until tender.
- Allow the potatoes to cool slightly, then cut them in half and scoop out the insides into a bowl.
- Add cheddar cheese, turkey bacon, chicken ham, sour cream, milk, butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix well.
- Fill the potato skins with the mixture and top with additional cheese if desired.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
Notes
- For extra flavor, consider adding chopped green onions or fresh herbs as a garnish.
