Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons tahini
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, tahini, olive oil, and lemon juice.
  2. Add the minced garlic and stir until well combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Gradually stir the spice mixture into the yogurt mixture until thoroughly blended.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • For extra heat, add more cayenne pepper.
