Ingredients

- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 tablespoons tahini
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, tahini, olive oil, and lemon juice.
- Add the minced garlic and stir until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix the cumin, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.
- Gradually stir the spice mixture into the yogurt mixture until thoroughly blended.
- Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- For extra heat, add more cayenne pepper.
- This sauce can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week.
