- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 cups vegetable oil, for frying
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Dip each chicken thigh into the beaten egg and then dredge in the flour mixture, coating them evenly.
- In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
- Fry the chicken thighs for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- In a separate pan, sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, then add soy sauce and honey, stirring well.
