Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken thighs, boneless and skinless
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 cups vegetable oil, for frying
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together the flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  2. Dip each chicken thigh into the beaten egg and then dredge in the flour mixture, coating them evenly.
  3. In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium heat.
  4. Fry the chicken thighs for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. In a separate pan, sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, then add soy sauce and honey, stirring well.
  6. Once the chicken is cooked, drizzle the garlic sauce over the top and serve.
