Ingredients

  • 1 pound turkey bacon
  • 2 cups diced chicken ham
  • 4 cups hash brown potatoes
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop it into pieces.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the cooked turkey bacon, chicken ham, hash browns, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  5. Pour the egg mixture over the hash brown mixture and stir to combine.
  6. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  7. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown and set.

Notes

  • For extra flavor, add diced bell peppers or onions to the mixture.
