- 1 pound turkey bacon
- 2 cups diced chicken ham
- 4 cups hash brown potatoes
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup milk
- 4 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large skillet, cook the turkey bacon until crispy, then chop it into pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked turkey bacon, chicken ham, hash browns, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- In another bowl, whisk together the milk, eggs, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the egg mixture over the hash brown mixture and stir to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 45-50 minutes or until golden brown and set.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add diced bell peppers or onions to the mixture.
