- 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup chopped peanuts (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until well combined. Press into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust.
- Bake the crust for 10 minutes, then let it cool.
- In another bowl, beat together peanut butter and confectioners’ sugar until smooth.
- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter mixture until just combined.
- Spread the peanut butter cream filling into the cooled crust.
- Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
- Top with chopped peanuts if desired.
