Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 package pre-made pie crusts
  • 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix diced apples, cinnamon, sugar, and lemon juice until well combined.
  2. Roll out pie crusts and cut into circles.
  3. Place a spoonful of the apple mixture onto one half of each circle.
  4. Fold the other half over and seal the edges with a fork.
  5. Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
  6. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  7. Cook the hand pies in the air fryer for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
