- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 package pre-made pie crusts
- 1 egg (beaten, for egg wash)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix diced apples, cinnamon, sugar, and lemon juice until well combined.
- Roll out pie crusts and cut into circles.
- Place a spoonful of the apple mixture onto one half of each circle.
- Fold the other half over and seal the edges with a fork.
- Brush the tops with the beaten egg.
- Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the hand pies in the air fryer for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
