Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease or line a 9×9-inch baking pan.
- In a mixing bowl, combine mashed sweet potatoes, sweetened condensed milk, egg, and pumpkin pie spice. Mix until smooth.
- Pour the sweet potato mixture into the graham cracker crust, spreading evenly.
- Bake for 30–35 minutes, until filling is set and slightly golden on top.
