Instructions
- Grate zucchini and squeeze out excess moisture using a clean towel or cheesecloth.
- In a bowl, mix zucchini, egg, flour, Parmesan, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Scoop 2 tablespoons of batter for each fritter, flatten slightly in the pan.
- Fry for 3–4 minutes per side or until golden and crispy.
